A nice experience working in Dili, Timor-Leste’s capital city this week. This time to deliver a customized training for the national power utility company EDTL, E.P.
The topic of the 3-day session was ‘Hot Line Maintenance of 20 kV Distribution Network’. We discussed modern distribution network challenges, components of MV OHL and cables, degradation and failure mechanisms, hot line tools and systems, hot line safety, risk awareness, and practical field discipline.
