Founded by Ir. Norul Rafiq Namas Khan, C. Eng., who is an experienced forensic investigator specializing in Root Cause Analysis of power system equipment failure. He performs failure investigations for the purpose of continuous engineering practice improvements, claims (insurance, warranty) and litigation pursuit.
