Founded by Ir. Norul Rafiq Namas Khan, C. Eng., who is an experienced forensic investigator specializing in Root Cause Analysis of power system equipment failure. He performs failure investigations for the purpose of continuous engineering practice improvements, claims (insurance, warranty) and litigation pursuit. With over 17 years experience in the field and along his career, he has conducted failure investigations various failure investigations for Transmission System Operators, nearshore and offshore wind farms, and manufacturing
facilities around the globe.
